Appointments can be made by calling our office at 919.544.6461. While we appreciate scheduled appointments, we understand that illness or emergencies arise unexpectedly and will do our best to accomodate urgent patient visits. We try very hard to see all patients on time. If you cannot keep an appointment, notify us immediately and more than 24 hours in advance so that the time can be filled by another patient.Appointments cancelled on the same day of the appointment and missed appointments are subject to a fee. To schedule your annual physical: Please make sure that the appointment is for atleast one year after your last physical. Women must not be on their cycle at the time of their physical. Schedule two weeks in advance to ensure lab draw availability. To schedule a blood draw: We do labwork from 8:15AM to 12:00PM each day. Blood draws done after this time may have a $10 charge. You must come in to the office fasting, consuming only water for eight hours prior to your visit. To set up an appointment for immunizations: Call our office and verify the availability of the vaccine. Supplies are sometimes limited, and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call our office to check vaccine availabilty. Also, plan ahead for required vaccines because some vaccines require a series of injections spanning over several months.
