Dr. Sabrina Mentock, a Wyoming native, graduated from the University of Wyoming 1981, attended medical school at the University of Colorado, Denver Colorado 1988 and completed her residency training at UNC at Chapel Hill in Family Medicine. In 1992, she started Family Care, PA. She loves her practice of medicine and greatly enjoys the time she can spend with her patients. She hopes to help her patients to gain control of their health, by encouraging a healthier lifestyle, reducing stress and maintaining wellness. While she does see all types of patients, both men and women of all ages, her special interests are in women’s health, depression / anxiety, headache and weight loss. Dr. Mentock is married and has three children.

Dr. Elaina Lee has been with Family Care, PA since February 2005. She received her bachelor’s degree from Earlham College in 1987 and graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine In 1991. Dr. Lee completed Family Practice residency at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio in 1994 and has been practicing in the Triangle area since then. As President of Nursing Mothers of Raleigh, she has a special interest in providing breastfeeding advice and support, which she incorporates into her practice. She serves as a member of the Triangle Breastfeeding Alliance (TBA) and the NC Breastfeeding Coalition (NCBC), and she has participated in the planning of the annual TBA Conferences and Art of Breastfeeding Conferences for several years. Dr. Lee is married and has three children.

Sarada Schossow, PA-C, is a native of North Carolina and graduated with a B.A in Biology from New York University and received her M.M.S from Wake Forest University.  She previously worked in research at the UNC Neuroscience Center and then worked at Family Care before attending Wake Forest.  Now returning to Family Care as a Physician Assistant, she is excited to see patients of all ages in family medicine, with special interests in women’s health, adolescent and young adult health, and dermatology. She and her husband live in Chapel Hill with their rescue dog.
