Refill on a current prescription Call your pharmacy and have them fax us a prescription refill request. Using a different pharmacy Call your old pharmacy and have them transfer your prescriptions to your new pharmacy either by phone or by fax. Mail Order or Controlled Substance Call our office and ask for a prescription to be written out. You may then take the prescription by hand to the pharmacy or mail it in to get it filled. Taking the medicine for the first time Please call our office and set up an appointment to discuss the medication with your doctor.
